PET GROOMING WOODBINE GROOMING WAIVER

(Please read when dropping your dog off) 

At Groomini, your pet's wellbeing is our top priority. To make sure we provide the best care possible, we ask all pet owners to read and agree to the following:

I confirm that my dog is up to date with vaccinations as required by law, and that to the best of my knowledge my dog is healthy. If my pet becomes unwell or injured while in our care, Groomini may seek veterinary attention from a professional vet of our choosing. I understand that any veterinary costs will be my responsibility unless the injury is the direct result of negligence by Groomini.

Groomini cannot be held responsible for:

• Any illness, injury or accidental death resulting from a pre-existing health condition or natural events (e.g. fire, storm, flood).

• Minor clipper burns, nicks, or cuts that may occur when grooming matted or neglected coats.

• Skin irritation that may arise when removing a coat on pets with sensitive skin or allergies.

• Stressful effects grooming may have on elderly pets.

Additional charges may apply for services outside a standard grooming session. We may also refuse service if a pet poses a risk to our staff or other pets in our care (for example, due to aggression, illness, or parasite problems). Owners are responsible for any property damage caused by their pet.

By bringing my dog to Groomini, I confirm that I understand and agree to these conditions. I also understand that my dog, myself, or my guests may be photographed or recorded during the grooming session, and that these images may be used by Groomini.

I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Groomini from any claims, actions, or demands relating to my pet's grooming, except where caused by proven negligence. If I ever have concerns, I agree to raise them directly with Groomini rather than posting on Google or social media in a negative way that harms or misrepresents the business. Groomini Woodbine, NSW
