AGGRESSIVE DOG BEHAVIOUR
I agree to inform Groomini of any history of aggression, anxiety, fear, biting, snapping or other
behavioural concerns before the appointment. Groomini reserves the right to refuse, stop or modify
any grooming service if a dog displays aggressive or unsafe behaviour.
MATTING & COAT CONDITION – ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
I understand that severely matted coats may hide skin conditions, parasites, wounds, bruising,
lumps or infections that may only become visible once the coat is removed. I authorise Groomini to
remove matting where necessary for my dog's welfare and safety.
AGEING & SPECIAL NEEDS DOGS
I understand that senior dogs and dogs with medical conditions may experience additional stress
during grooming. Groomini cannot be held responsible for complications arising from age-related orpre-existing conditions.
SAFETY & VETERINARY CARE
In an emergency, Groomini may seek veterinary treatment if I cannot be contacted. Veterinary
costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
PHOTO CONSENT
■ YES, Groomini may use photos/videos of my dog for marketing and social media.
■ NO, I do not consent.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I agree that Groomini, its owner and staff shall not be held liable for injury, illness, loss, damage,
death or veterinary expenses resulting from pre-existing medical conditions, behavioural issues,
matting, ageing, stress-related reactions or circumstances beyond Groomini's reasonable control.
